Act I — The problem

For you · 1-to-1

AI, engineered into the way you work.

The harness

built together

Same model, different results: the harness is the difference

You already use AI every day — mostly through a chat window. Creating with it is easy; depending on it, week after week, on real projects, is another craft. That craft has a name: the harness — memory, method, tools and checks wrapped around the model. We build yours with you, one to one, on your real work, until you run it alone.

One conversation to start. Remote, or in person in Ho Chi Minh City.
The divergence

Creating with AI is easy. Running on it is a craft.

Anyone can open a chat and get one good answer. The gap shows over weeks and months — when the project must stay coherent, the good runs must repeat on purpose, and the method must survive you being busy.

The programme exists to move you from the first curve to the second — and to keep you there as the tools change.

Act II — The harness takes shape

Inside the harness

Six systems that make AI dependable.

Not a tool you buy — a set of systems built around your work.

A radial diagram: your work at the centre, connected to six numbered systems — memory, documentation, skills, guardrails, methodology and automation

Your work the centre of gravity

Tap a system on the diagram to jump to its card.

  1. 01

    Memory & organisation

Context stays alive across sessions — work picks up where it left off.

  2. 02

    Living documentation

Decisions and proven workflows written down, so good runs repeat.

  3. 03

    Skills & the right model

The right model for each task, recurring moves packaged as reusable skills.

  4. 04

    Guardrails & verification

Checks sized to what a mistake costs — confidence becomes a procedure.

  5. 05

    An orchestrated methodology

An engineering working loop behind every important output.

    brief brainstorm plan implement review
  6. 06

    Automation that sticks

Reliable workflows run on schedule — drafts ready before you ask.

You rarely need all six — discovery decides where your leverage is.

Who it is for

Built for people whose work has stakes.

The accompaniment fits best when getting it wrong costs something — time, money, or trust — and when you want to own the capability, not rent it.

Leaders & managers

Decisions, reviews, reports: work where a confident wrong answer is expensive. The judgement stays yours; the harness carries the preparation, the memory and the checks.

Solo entrepreneurs

You wear every hat. A well-built harness becomes the extra hands that draft, prepare and follow up — and never sends or decides without you.

Ambitious professionals

Consultants, makers, specialists: compound your craft. Your expertise, written into a system that gets sharper every week — instead of an empty chat every morning.

Not sure you fit? The discovery conversation is exactly the place to find out — honestly, including when the answer is no.

Your programme

One foundation. Your build.

Every programme starts from the same foundation — the harness fundamentals — then branches into modules shaped around your domain, your projects and your tools. Nothing is picked from a fixed menu; everything is decided during scoping.

Sourced decision briefs Meeting prep & follow-up Memory for ongoing files Team handoff docs
The common foundation harness fundamentals — memory · method · guardrails · verification

Decisions stay yours; the harness carries the preparation, the memory and the follow-through.

Example assemblies, not a menu — yours is drawn after we talk.

A running case study, when it serves.

When it helps, we build the whole programme around one of your real projects, end to end — you finish with the method installed and the project further along.

Going further

Reproducible media

Professional image and video generation with written, re-runnable recipes — same brief, same standard, on demand.

A written recipe flows through controlled parameters and review checks to produce a repeatable media output.

Live, verifiable data

Connect your AI tools to external services, so answers rest on fresh, checkable, sourced data — not on the model’s memory.

A named source is retrieved, verified and carried into a response with its provenance intact.

An assistant-grade ecosystem

Several tools coordinated into one environment that prepares, checks and follows up — an ecosystem that behaves like a real assistant for your projects.

Specialised tools receive clear responsibilities through one orchestration layer that also tracks follow-up.

Act III — Autonomy

Act III — Autonomy

The ecosystem

Fluent across the harness ecosystem.

Claude desktop and Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and the command-line tools around them: we stay current across the ecosystem so you do not have to chase it. The selection is always tool-agnostic — fitted to your stack, your constraints, your preferences.

Tools rotate; the method transfers. Part of the programme is learning to evaluate what comes next — so a year from now, a new tool is an upgrade, not a restart.

  • Codex
  • OpenCode
  • CLIs & editors

The right pick depends on your stack and your constraints — we choose together during discovery, and the choice is never final.

How it works

From first talk to your own practice, step by step.

  1. 01 A real discovery conversation

Not a qualification call on a timer. We take the time to understand your daily work — what you already do with AI, where it holds, where it lets you down. Free, and useful even if we never work together.

  2. 02 Proposal & quote

You receive a module plan built from that conversation, with a clear quote. Nothing starts before you approve it.

  3. 03 Build, module by module

Hands-on sessions on your real work. Each module leaves something in place: memory, tools, checks, or written method.

  4. 04 Run it yourself

Autonomy is the destination: the setup is yours, documented so it survives, and you know how to extend it. Come back for a new module whenever your work changes.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight

How is this different from the cohort programme?

The cohort programme is a fixed ladder of three sessions in a small group: shared momentum, one method practised together. The accompaniment is one-to-one: modules assembled around your actual work, at your pace, quoted after we have talked. If a group fits you better, we will say so.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Comfortable everyday computer use is enough — most of the work happens in plain language and ordinary tools. If your work does touch code, the modules simply go deeper into the developer tooling.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is quoted after the discovery conversation, module by module. We do not publish prices because no two setups are alike — and you approve the quote before anything starts.

Which tools do you cover?

The ecosystem around current models: Claude desktop and Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and the command-line tools that connect them. Tools change; the method is what you keep.

Will I really be autonomous at the end?

That is the point of the programme. Every module leaves something in place that you own and understand — memory, tools, checks, written method. You finish running the setup yourself; we stay reachable for a new module whenever your work changes.

Tools change so fast — will this age well?

The harness is built to outlast any single tool: memory, method and checks transfer when a model or an app is swapped. And learning to evaluate new tools is part of the programme — staying current becomes a habit, not a project.

Can my team benefit later?

If during the work it becomes clear the need is bigger than one person, we will tell you plainly and help you shape the next step — through the same contact channel, with no obligation.

Your move

It starts with a conversation.

Tell us about your daily work and where AI disappoints you today. We reply personally — and the discovery conversation costs nothing but its time.
